- Yes. YUNETO uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect your business number through the Meta onboarding flow; your number must be verified and approved by Meta to send messages.
- Can I message customers who have not written to me?
- Only with a template approved by Meta and only to customers who gave consent. This is a WhatsApp rule, and YUNETO checks it before sending.
