2. Scope
This policy covers the yuneto.com website, the YUNETO web application at app.yuneto.com and related support communications. YUNETO is a business tool: businesses ("customers") use it to manage their customer relationships, messaging channels, advertising and sales.
3. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, company name and the login details you use to sign in.
- Business data you enter: contacts, companies, notes, tasks, products, orders and similar records you add to the CRM.
- Connected channel data: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or other accounts, we receive the messages, comments, profile names and account identifiers needed to show and answer them inside the inbox.
- Advertising data: when you connect Meta or Google advertising accounts, we receive campaign, budget and performance data for those accounts.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and log records created when you use the service.
- Messages you send us: the content of emails you send to [email protected].
4. How we use data
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use data from your connected accounts to advertise to you or to third parties.
- To provide, operate and maintain the service and the features you choose to use.
- To send and receive messages and manage advertising on the accounts you connect, only when you or your team instruct the service to do so.
- To provide AI features such as reply suggestions, summaries and creative generation when you use them.
- To answer support requests and communicate with you about your account.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
5. Customer data
Customers decide which information about their own customers they store and process in YUNETO. For that data the customer is responsible as the controller, and Onlaw LLC processes it on the customer's behalf to provide the service. Requests about such data should be directed to the business that holds it; we will support that business in responding.
6. Service providers
We share data with service providers only as needed to run the service. These include:
- Hosting and database providers that store and serve the application.
- Messaging and social account connection providers (such as Zernio) that connect Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts you authorize.
- Meta Platforms and Google, when you connect their accounts or advertising products.
- AI providers (such as OpenAI and Google) that process the text you submit to AI features, and media generation providers (such as fal.ai) for creative features you use.
- Google Places, for business search features you use.
- Payment providers you connect to your own store (such as Stripe or PayTR); payments are processed by those providers.
7. Data from Meta platforms
Data received through Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp connections is used only to provide the features you authorized, such as showing and answering messages and comments or managing your advertising. It is not sold or used for unrelated purposes. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Connections page in the application or from your Meta account settings.
8. Retention
We keep account and business data while your account is active. When an account is closed or a deletion request is confirmed, we delete or anonymize the related data, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal, tax or security obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Onlaw LLC is based in the United States and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, we take steps so that transferred data remains protected.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To use these rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
12. Data deletion requests
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data related to it:
- Send an email to [email protected] from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Data deletion request".
- To stop data sharing from Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp right away, disconnect the account from the Connections page in the application or remove the app from your Meta account settings.
- We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.
13. Children
YUNETO is a service for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
14. Changes to this policy
