2. The service
YUNETO is a software service for businesses that combines CRM, a shared inbox for connected messaging channels, advertising management, sales and AI-assisted tools. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for activity under your account and the users you invite.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or break messaging rules of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or other platforms.
- Upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content.
- Collect or process personal data without a lawful basis.
- Interfere with, probe or overload the service, or access it in ways other than through the interfaces we provide.
5. Third-party platforms
Connected services such as Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Google and payment providers are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies. Their availability and features may change or be limited by those providers, and we are not responsible for their services.
6. AI features
AI-generated suggestions, texts and images can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before sending, publishing or relying on them. You are responsible for content you send or publish through the service.
7. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you enter or connect. You grant Onlaw LLC the permissions needed to host, process and display that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Fees
Pricing for paid plans has not been announced yet. If you choose a paid plan, the price, billing period and scope shown at the time of purchase will apply.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its software, design and the YUNETO name are owned by Onlaw LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the service.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if required by law or if continued use would put the service or other users at risk.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or specific business results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Onlaw LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Onlaw LLC against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
